皇居の回りを走るランナーに歩行者への注意を促す看板を東京都千代田区などが設置 　皇居周辺を走るランナーが歩行者と接触事故を起こす可能性が高いことから、東京都千代田区は２９日、麹町署などと協力し、走る際は歩行者に気をつけるよう注意喚起の看板を半蔵門交差点付近など２カ所に設置した。 　１周約５キロの皇居周辺は信号機もなく、手軽なランニングコースになっている。しかし中には歩行者のことを考えずに走るランナーもおり、区に苦情が寄せられていた。 　区は「皇居周辺の歩道はランナー専用ではない。注意してほしい」と話している。
